How do I make a reservation?
Once registered, you will have an account with us and you will be ready to book, modify, contact the host or even cancel your reservation.
What is included in my reservation?
All accommodations have bed and bath linen.
Cleaning
We strictly follow all apartment sanitization protocols at each guest exit and entry.
The booking cleaning fee is to clean the apartment upon check out. If you wish, it is possible to add extra cleaning during your stay. Just send us a message requesting the service.
We offer a quick cleaning and change of bed and bath linen only for bookings longer than one week.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer: Payment by bank transfer in two steps; 50% to complete the reservation and the rest on the day of check-in.
About check in and check out
It is possible to check in early or check out late, subject to availability. The value is R$ 100.00 for each service.
After confirming the reservation, we will send the information for check-in.
What is not allowed?
To avoid any inconvenience during your stay, it is important to pay attention to the rules of the apartments:
● Pets are not allowed.
● Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
● People who are not registered at the entrance are not allowed to enter.
● Do not take towels to the beach and avoid staining or damaging the sheets, pillowcases, towels and duvet cover.
● An extra cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is delivered very dirty.
