Wonderful apartment for the season on Avenida Niemeyer, recently renovated with large windows with a beautiful view of the sea and Morro Dois Irmãos, ideal apartment for four people.

The apartment has a large living room with an American kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It is an incredible apartment located between Leblon and Vidigal with one of the best views that Rio has to offer: from Leblon to Arpoador.

The apartment is super cozy and modern, just a few steps from the beach in a central location for the main attractions in Rio.

If you like to wake up early, I recommend watching the sunrise while having your breakfast. The rooms have a double bed, split air conditioning, racks and a desk for a home office, perfect for your stay.  

After a long day of sightseeing and enjoying a day at the beach, just rest on the sofa for a while, observe the view of the sea and not worry about anything else, as this privileged view will make you relax and feel light. The building also has a large open terrace.

In addition to all this, the building also has a rooftop with a 360° view of the beaches in the south of Rio de Janeiro, Cagarras Islands, Morro Dois Irmãos, among others.
